The First Step is an introductory consultation designed to help us get to know one another, explore what brings you here, and decide together whether Wandering Ranger Therapy feels like the right path for you. There is no pressure to continue beyond this conversation.

In fantasy worlds, every adventurer has a character sheet, not to label them, but to understand their strengths, challenges, history, and resources.
During this session, we’ll gently “fill out your character sheet” together. This means:
